4.1 Electronic Payment Requirement

We offer the following electronic payment methods:

• Payment online via Mollie

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Full Payment: Due upon enrollment, before program commencement

• Installment Plan: First payment due upon enrollment, subsequent payments due on the same day each month

4.3 Late Payment

Late payment may result in program access being suspended until payment is completed.

5.1 Health and Safety Requirements

Participants should consult healthcare providers if they have health concerns
Contraindications: Participation may not be suitable if you have active psychiatric conditions. It is possible to combine a follow-up by a healthcare provider with participation in Lead Your Life programs, however, this must always be discussed beforehand with the Lead Your Life responsible.

5.2 Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own well-being and health

• You will consult with appropriate medical professionals regarding any health concerns

• You participate in the program at your own risk

• You will inform us of any health conditions that may affect your participation

5.3 Group Conduct and Non-Discrimination

You agree to:

• Maintain a respectful and supportive attitude toward other participants

• Respect diversity and refrain from discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability

• Keep all personal information shared by other group members confidential

• Not disrupt the group atmosphere or learning environment

5.4 Accessibility and Reasonable Accommodations

5.5 Right to Refuse or Terminate

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate your participation if:

• Your attitude is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous to yourself or other participants

• You violate these terms and conditions

• You fail to make required payments In such cases, no refund will be provided after the 14-day cooling-off period.

6.1 Group Size and Minimum Enrollment

If Minimum Not Met: We reserve the right to cancel the program with full refund or reschedule to a later date (the decision lies with the participant)

6.2 Rescheduling Policy

Live Workshops: In the rare case of unavoidable circumstances, workshops may be rescheduled with 48 hours advance notice
Make-up Sessions: it is not possible to provide a make-up session if you miss one or more of the live workshops. 

6.3 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the program structure while maintaining the core offering of 3 live workshops and 3 online follow-ups. Participants will be notified of any changes with reasonable advance notice.

7.1 Program Content

All program materials, content, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Lead your Life and Jessica Hekking. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce any program content without prior written permission

• Use the program content for commercial purposes

• Teach or share the methodologies with others

7.2 Personal Use License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the program content solely for your personal development and well-being. Any online teachings will be taken offline 3 months after the start of the program.

8.1 GDPR Compliance

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data protection laws.

8.2 Data We Collect

• Contact information (name, email, phone)

• Payment information

• Health-related information relevant to coaching

• Session notes and progress information

8.3 Data Retention Periods

• Contact and payment information: 10 years for tax purposes"

• Session notes: 5 years after program completion"

• Marketing communications: Until you unsubscribe
