Motherhood is a game-changer
First our bodies change, we're sleep deprived and suddenly we're responsible for the survival and well-being of these beautiful little humans. Then, our sweet babies start to walk and things get even more complicated.

What's special about the autumn program?
After the summer time it's time to focus on letting go of those elements in our lives that no longer serve us. We start cooking nourishing foods and choose and set our boundaries so we are able to take our well deserved rest in the winter. Winter time is the time of year to go inward and focus on ourselves and our families as much as possible. This inward movement allows us to charge our batteries so we can fully and energetically benefit from the year to come.
Hi! I’m Jessica - Health & Life Coach for mums
I help mums who feel tired and disconnected to feel physically and mentally fit, find their rhythm, build their network and create a purpose- and joy filled life.
With a background in sociology and a career in the academic world, I found myself burnt out after becoming a mother of two - juggling family life, health issues and my career.
That’s when I dove deep: I reconnected with body-mind-soul practices and trained for two years as a macrobiotic health coach. I learned to make myself a priority, and gave myself time to take care of myself. Now, I feel more energized and balanced, am a better mum and I create an intentional life that energizes and fulfills me. And yes, my kids still walk out the door with mismatched socks :-).

This is not therapy. LEAD your Expat Life is a high-touch group coaching program designed to support your physical health, mindset, and lifestyle.
I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist and cannot provide medical or psychological diagnoses.

Yes and no. While tears might be shared, so will laughs, insights, and aha-moments. This program is as much about joy, energy, and connection as it is about reflection. You’ll leave feeling grounded and inspired.

Changed your mind? No problem: you can cancel up to 14 days after purchase — no questions asked. After that, or once you’ve attended a workshop, refunds are no longer possible.
They’re scheduled while most children are at school or daycare — often easier than arranging evening babysitters. Plus, morning sessions help you start your day grounded and inspired.
You only need to block three mornings for yourself — a small investment for a big shift.

Yes, absolutely. I offer a limited number of spots for a personalised 1:1 version of the program. You’ll follow the same overall structure, but with flexible scheduling and three individual 1-hour coaching sessions -online or in my private practice - instead of group workshops.
This format allows you to focus deeply on your own personal transformation, with more tailored support and less emphasis on group connection.
The investment is the same as for the group program.
