Hi, I’m Jessica — and the last decade has completely transformed my life.

I did what many people dream of: I left everything behind, travelled the world, came back, and met the man of my dreams. And then… life happened. Within a few years I was juggling My Man, Being a Mum, Work, and My Hormones during Peri-Menopause. After my youngest was born, I hit the edge of burnout - and I knew something had to change.

This pause brought me back to myself - not perfect, but real. Grounded. More present. And yes, my kids still walk out the door with mismatched socks.

How I work today

I support women navigating transitions — motherhood, expat life, hormonal shifts, stress and modern-life overwhelm. Small everyday steps, aligned with your body and your rhythm, can lead you toward a life that feels like yours.
